    Very disappointed on this experience. We spent hundreds of dollars renting tents, tables, chairs and an adult waterslide which was leaking water during the party. Needless to say the kids were disappointed when we had to shut down the fun due to safety. We tried reaching someone once we noticed it and received no call back. The best part was I was told I would get a phone call the next week to discuss the issue. Here we are 11/2 weeks later with NO call back. When I reached out to follow up I was spoken to and treated in the worst way. Very unpleased with the lack of care and respect and towards the customer. Bad business.
